The distinct, richly-Oriental, street-side signature flavors and spicy-everythings of authentic Taiwanese cuisine just hit the Queen City of the South!
ERSAO features Taiwanese Style Cuisine that serves not just a selection of fresh and healthy beverages, but also a wide array of hot, fresh and delicious Oriental food as well.
ERSAO - the Authentic Taiwanese Experience - one of the country's pioneers in the milk tea and pearl tea business and makers of well-loved, Taiwanese favorite snacks such as dumplings, specialty noodles and spicy snacks opes its very first branch outisde Luzon!

ERSAO started out as a commissary near Grace Christian High School (Quezon City, Metro Manila) back in 1998, and now has expanded into 18 branches (and growing!) within Metro Manila - with the restaurant finally open for franchising in 2011.
Today, ERSAO is thrilled to be able to finally open its doors and cater to the discerning tastes of Cebuanos and the rest of the dynamic groups in the islands down South.

I just love my eggs and sausages
The flagship branch features a cozy lounge that allows guests to enjoy precious time appreciating ERSAO's popular milk tea line and mouth-watering Taiwanese snacks. Perfect for yuppies and individuals in the corporate world, the branch is strategically located close to the cinemas in a quiet, hassle-free area.

I always have a fix of my GREEN TEA wherever I get the chance, but I got the PASSION FRUIT instead; some citrus sour shots for a hot afternoon.
