At "The Shoe Must Go On" held at Vudu Luxx, Mark Tenchavez of famed SHANDAR jewelry showcased his newest venture into the accessory industry by now putting the weight onto luxe footwear.


The well-heeled and fabulous party crowd  powwowed at VUDU Luxx to witness these new foot wonders.
