Channeling: Barriotique

It's always a wonder sight for me - those from the barrios, in their nonchalant, vintage, old, galing-sa-baul layering worn to street work; those patterns and prints on top of each other yet so casual when moving.

BARRIOTIC is described to someone who isn't exposed to the current trends in lifestyle/technology/fashion. Perhaps of location and culture.

How would someone from the "barrio" channel the baroque trend, and chic-ify it?
